Our Founder

Dr. Nozizwe Ndhlovu ka King is a visionary leader, renowned author, and sought-after international conference speaker. Her remarkable journey began when, at just 19 years old, she was appointed Ambassador of Hope, Peace, and Reconciliation to London in April 1994, a pivotal moment in South Africa’s history. This role was endorsed by Archbishop Desmond Tutu and Youth Alive.

As one of four young ambassadors, Dr. Ndhlovu ka King played a crucial role in promoting and supporting South Africa’s democratic transition. Her historic tour to London included

– Camping outside Trafalgar Square to be among the first to vote in South Africa’s first elections
– Participating in organized events and rallies to raise awareness and build support for South Africa’s democratic journey
– Engaging with the British government in interviews to share her perspective as a youth born into, ostracized by, and deprived

Dr. Ndhlovu ka King served as the Head of Policy for the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI), where she:

– Developed and implemented policy frameworks to promote business growth and economic development
– Fostered strategic partnerships with government, civil society, and international organizations
– Advocated for business interests and facilitated dialogue between the private sector and government

During her tenure at SACCI, Dr. Ndhlovu ka King’s mandate extended to:

– Serving on 8 summit committees at Business Unity South Africa (BUSA)
– Participating in the National Economic Development and Labour Council (NEDLEC)

These roles enabled her to contribute to shaping policy and promoting collaboration between business, government, and labor.
